At Imagewear, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you receive a faulty item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Please note the following:

• Faulty Products: Must be reported within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team with details and a photo of the issue.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
• Personalised and Embroidered Garments: All custom orders must be confirmed before ordering. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty.
